Q. Is there an agreement between Personniq and the Broker?
A. Yes, you will need to complete a One Party Commission Agreement
found on the Personniq website at www.personniq.com
Q. How does the Broker know what business an agent is running through
their shop?
A. All commissions are paid through the broker.
Q. How are leads passed?
A. This is handled like any other transaction that is handled through
your office. If your Broker requires notification of any transaction, then that
is how it should be handled. But it is imperative that all Broker instructions are
followed.
Q. Can an agent work with a client without going through the Broker?
A. No. Broker is to be made aware of all transaction either through
the lead process or through payment of commission.
Q. Why would one co-broker over a referral?
A. If an agent does not want to learn these products, they have
the option to refer their clients and we have the staff to handle their transactions.
In this case, there is a 25% referral paid to the agent. If the agent handles these
transactions, it is 50% co-broker transaction.
Q. What type of training is required?
A. An orientation and product training class is required for all
that participate in the Preferred Realtor Program
Q. Why is there a cost to use these products?
A. Personniq handles all costs for training materials, training
seminars, client seminars, support staff and website management.
Q. Will our E & O cover these investments? Do you need additional
E & O Insurance?
A. You will need to clarify with your E & O insurer.
Q. How would this affect your liability?
A. Same way any other transaction would.
Q. Are you liable if the investment goes do not go the way the
investor planned?
A. No. This is with any type of investment. There is always risk
involved and the investor takes on that risk.
